1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by The Peak Vibe are digital goods delivered instantly via email and on-screen download pages.
Because access is granted immediately, refunds are limited.


2. No Refunds After Access

Once the files are delivered or downloaded, no refunds will be issued.

This includes:

  • Starter Pack

  • Prompt Pack

  • Guides, PDFs, frameworks

  • Future digital drops

  • Audio or video content


3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You were charged twice (duplicate transaction)

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access AND we cannot resolve it

  • Required by applicable consumer laws

We reserve the right to request proof of the issue.


4. EU Customers

If you live in the European Union:

Digital products delivered instantly are not refundable once access is provided.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the immediate delivery and acknowledge that your 14-day withdrawal right is waived.


5. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback for valid digital purchases is considered fraudulent.
We will submit full evidence of:

  • Instant access

  • File delivery

  • IP logs

  • Email confirmation

Chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
